Tricks Surviving When Quitting Smoking


Maybe quit smoking is one resolution that you continue to put every year. But until now you do not want to break away from this one object.

All you need to quit smoking is to instill a strong reason in your mind, why do you want to quit smoking, find some activities to occupy you, and leave as friends who have the habit of smoking. This is important, though by then you try not to smoke, most likely your friend will be offered. Also no longer need to reduce smoking; you must stop completely now.



Here's how you can do to stop smoking:

1. Remember every day why you quit smoking. Hold for a few hours. Every time you want to go back to smoke, think back a few hours ago when you free yourself from cigarettes.
2. Invite your partner, friend, relative, or a team of counselors, to share with you.
3. Mouth so that you do not feel sour when not smoking cigarettes, chewing pieces of raw carrots, broccoli, or sweet fruit such as pears and apples. Guaranteed, you not only stop smoking, but also a beautiful skin.
4. Join associations or programs to stop smoking. You can exchange experiences and support each other.
5. Try to start exercising or other breathing though. Smokers usually have a short breath, so you can start yoga from now. If you want a simple, use the stairs as a sport in the morning when I arrived at the office.
6. Pull your intentions. Do not let your hard work is wasted by spending time you spend with an effort just to taste a cigarette again.
7. Avoid places, and friends who want to make you come back smoking. If you stop smoking, your appetite will improve. Because smoking reduces appetite and suppress the desire to eat. The first two weeks are the hardest time. For the moment the body will react to nicotine desire. You are like addicted to smoking cigarettes again. Afterwards, all will be easier.
