Motivation Make The Down Again

No one can make you serve customers better. That's because good service is a CHOICE ...

Harvey Mackay, tells a story about a cab driver that proved this.

One day he was in line waiting for a taxi at an airport. When a taxi approached the first thing he noticed was the taxi situation that seemed to gloss polished. The taxi driver who looked very neat in white shirt, black tie and black pants are out and around the cab to open the door for Harvey.

He gave my friend a laminated card that has been and said: "I'm Wally, your driver. As I enter your belongings into the trunk, I hope you are willing to read my mission statement."

Harvey picked up and read the card.

There is written:

Wally's mission statement: "To take my passengers to their destination by the fastest, safest, and cheapest in a friendly environment".

This could make Harvey surprised. Especially when he realized that the situation inside the cab looks exactly the same as the outside. Spotless!

While driving, Wally said, "Do you want a cup of coffee? I have a thermos of coffee and a decaf usual." My friend jokingly said, "No, I prefer soft drinks." Wally smiled and said, "No problem, I have a refrigerator that contains Cola, Diet Cola, water, and orange juice."

Harvey said with almost stammered, "Well I'll take a Diet Cola."

While giving a drink to Harvey, Wally said, "If you need a reading, I have a Wall Street Journal, Time, Sports illustration and USA Today."

As he pulled up, my friend Wally offer a card the other berlaminating. "This is a list of radio stations and it plays music that can be played here if you are willing to listen to the radio."

And as if all were not enough, Wally told Harvey that the AC was turned on and asked if the temperature is comfortable enough for him.

Then he suggests the best route to his destination in time as the time. He also said that he would love to chat or talk about some scenery, or if Harvey would prefer to be left alone.

"Wally, please let me know," in admiration of my friends asked the driver, "Do you always serve every passenger like this?"

Wally smiled through the rearview mirror.

"No, not always, this new fact I did two years. During my first five years driving a cab, I spent most of my time to complain as most taxi drivers do. Until one day I heard a teacher of personal development, Wayne Dyer, on the radio. He had just written a book called 'You'll See it when you believe it'. "

"Dyer said when you wake up in the morning and expect a good day, but you often complain and be negative about every situation. Then you will find the dog days bad."

"He said, 'Stop complaining! Make yourself different from the competition. Do not be a duck. Be an eagle.

"Ducks used to complain while the Eagles fly high in the sky with a full peace and victory."
