Rest For the Better


We are the pedestrians who travel the path of a very long life, far away. The intricacies of life full of obstacles, sometimes making us hard heads, tired minds, troubled hearts, body aches, sweating all over the body after conducting a series of exhausting activity.

not only travel the distance too far, but our hopes and wishes were very far away, long delusion, exorbitant desires. And when expectations are not followed by the ability to achieve it, then fell into the abyss of despair, grief, misery, seemed even darker road lies ahead.


journey of life sometimes makes us tired. If we insist on running, without stopping, as tough as anything we, as intelligent as any of us, whatever our best, would have fallen too. we need to rest on the sidelines of the trip, amid a full life test.

Whoever we are, where our position was, in any of our coordinates, a short break is a necessity. Rest by reflection, muhasabah, drinking a sip of water for soothing spiritual self-reflection, self reflection, self cleaning, correcting diri.rest not less and not excessive.

rest a moment, if we are in emotional boring, psychological instability conditions. And renew our spirit in the rest made it.
