Extraordinary Salaries.

Questions of a mother when I attended a seminar at City Hall "how can I keep my employees, although a small salary?" My answer is not easy to maintain qualified employees.
Yet there is not no way to maintain employee. I am starting a small business, because I started a business without using cash capital, so that my employees are paid a small salary as that of the mother.
Because the ability to pay not possible to pay adequate salaries.

Surely not a salary as a motivating factor, but simply keep the motivation.
One factor that can increase motivation, which can lead to good performance is how the employee can perform.
If you can make our employees excel by providing the opportunity to carry out his idea.



Does the idea was successful or not, but we have been given the chance.
Usually the employee will work hard to prove that his idea is a brilliant idea.

I remember when I was a teacher in one suburban high school headed by a Principal who scratched in my heart the way lead.
Principal was named Mr. Drs. Anggoro. I was in high school as a teacher Permanent Foundation on a small salary,
but I am still eager to teach and provide whatever expertise I have this thing done by another teacher, and even some lecturers who will teach in the schools.
Salary Mr. Anggoro given to the teachers is to give all teachers the opportunity to implement his ideas.

At the time of going to the admission of new students, the teachers collected by the Principal to discuss strategies for these high school students who get a lot.
One of which he was also Lecturer in the ISI named Mr. Supriaswoto, saying "I made Mr. sepanduknya.
I purchased enough material ". "I announced to Mr. Junior High where I teach," Mr. Subarjo. "I made the brochure sir" I said.
All the teachers who gathered at the high school out of each idea and Mr. Anggoro just leave it to teachers to carry out his idea.
Remarkable result, new students in high school is quite amazing. I have learned from Mr. Anggoro of salary.
It turned out that salaries are not with money but with the idea proved beyond a form of money wages.
Unfortunately, down the rules that graduates of the School of Religion should not be a Principal, Mr. Anggoro have finally given up the post.
Mr. Anggoro so long that my life became a teacher was called by the owner. God does have the best scenario.
I felt lost because the new learning a little from him. Hopefully Mr. Anggoro, peacefully at his side.
